[xiphos-devel] runtime failure to find imagemagick

I am using Debian Testing. 

While my version of Xiphos is not a Debian package but self compiled git-head (acc About 4.0.4, and as it is meant to be installed in /usr/local/bin) I did use Debian's packaging system to pull in all build-dependencies.
