[sword-devel] Novel use of the OSIS q element for quotation marks in the ESV_THE module

Yes, I did the original markup. STEP enhanced the module further.

This markup is done as a transformation in osis2mod. It separates Words of Christ (WoC or RLT) markup from quote markup. For all the reasons given before regarding beginning, continuing and ending quotes, these are transformed into milestones. For the WoC, these need to be containers so that everything in the container can be “red”.

osis2mod expects quotation markup to be natural. It knows when a new <q> element is found and knows when it is closed. It can easily generate an sID/eID pair.

There should be no special mention of the pattern for OSIS texts.
