For all the reasons given before regarding beginning, continuing and ending quotes, these are transformed into milestones. For the WoC, these need to be containers so that everything in the container can be “red”.</div><div><br></div><div>osis2mod expects quotation markup to be natural. It knows when a new <q> element is found and knows when it is closed.
