[sword-devel] Fr locale - Bishop [was: Mobile App Translators - Help Wanted]

OK, sorry guys.  I've fixed a few things, including a strange bug in the
new code I added to handle the [Pref Abbrevs] section, which I think had
to do with C++ temporaries lifespan.  If you could give it a try again,
I would be grateful.
