[sword-devel] Fr locale - Bishop [was: Mobile App Translators - Help Wanted]

Well, any other testers reporting success or failure with the apk from
the link below?  It "works for me"(tm). :)

Let me know if you have trouble, what your Android device is and version
of OS, and if possible, include a logcat capture of the failure.
