[sword-devel] Psalm titles in USFM with xrefs that use \xo ?

Two things are needed to markup a Psalm title:
type="psalm"
canonical=“true”

When type has the value psalm, it can be styled differently and when it is marked canonical it should always show.

Not sure how the result is handled by SWORD filters today. But SWORD should allow styling of title with something like class="psalm". The canonical flag should be used to prevent toggling of canonical headings.

If <div type=“section”> is used to create blocks of text, it can precede or follow the Psalm title. As a matter of style, section divs should have a title as its first element. So, if the Psalm title is immediately followed by a section title and then something other than a title, then the section start should be moved before the Psalm title.

In SWORD, the Psalm title will be part of verse 1. So cross-references to it should be to verse 1 not 0. (Verse 0 should only contain non-canonical material.)
