[sword-devel] The OSIS <speaker> element ?

speaker and q are not equivalent. speech and q are. (according to the OSIS manual.) Speaker is meant to surround the one who is speaking. E.g. <speaker who=“David”>David</speaker> said: <speech who=“David” marker=“””>…..</speech>
