[sword-devel] Scope

It is not fast, but is reasonably fast. It takes a look at the index file (not the data file) to see what verses have size. If size is 0, then that verse is not in the v11n. A book is present if all the verses have size 0.

I’m pretty sure that both AndBible and STEP have this woven in. BibleDesktop needs to be released soon.

I think that *some* frontends cache that in the module’s conf as an osisRef. BTW, cached in the module’s conf means it never gets out of date or specified wrongly.

I think that Scope (and BookList) should be handled like InstallSize. That is, not specified by the module maker but computed and maintained on the server.
