[sword-devel] BCV arithmetic problems

Hi Karl,

Could you try to run the sword/tests/versekeytest and have a look at the 
end of the output.  There should be a test which tried to span the OT/NT 
which should output something like:

  Matthew.1.1-- = Malachi 4:6
++ = Matthew 1:1
