[sword-devel] SWORD 1.7.0RC3

I think I'm happy with the present state of the library.

I would recommend including my last commit (r2970), which cleans up some 
abbreviations/aliases that we no longer need. And your SWVersion stuff 
might deserve a ChangeLog entry.
