[sword-devel] How can I translate Install Maneger on Windows??

Hello,
 
I translated Sword for Windows for Korean a few days ago.
When using the ko.conf in uilocate.d and locate.d folders, I can see Korean
characters well.
But all menus in Install Manager are expressed in English.

How can I translate Install Manager menus into Korean?
