Don't bother.  It would make exactly the same file if it worked correctly.  
Unfortunately, it isn't working correctly now, so it will make a module 
that doesn't work correctly at all in many cases.

If the passage attribute isn't working correctly, in BibleCS, then it's a 
feature request for the next version of BibleCS.  It should work fine in 
other frontends.  I know it will work with diatheke when it outputs for 
XML formats.
