Resolution: 
I believe that ALL of section 29 needs to be revised to reflect the
naming structure determined at the Jan 2004 meeting.

The abbreviations should all remain the same but the new form should be
documented.  (no colons)

Bible.langauge.author.title.publicationDate for Bibles (or are author
and title the other way around).
