[jsword-devel] Recent issue deluge and JSword version

I tend build from the maven poms, every so often (once every couple of
months!) since I'm relying on interfaces more than anything and haven't hit
too many issues. however I'll hopefully be fixing a couple of things
shortly, so will be building and committing from the tip/head revisions.
