Of course not all are used to it.
After all this is still computer business. A business that changes and  
moves very fast.
Even though the Mac platform does cut off support, I like it better  
than having support for 16Bit application still around in Windows and  
not being able to clean up the OS.

Too big probably the SE Java platform and Apple themselfs probably  
didn't want to create a mobile one.
