The nightly WebStart button is the way to go. We are ready for a 1.0
release and are only making minor changes.
Personal Commentary does not work. It won't work for a while.

This refresh/update issue has been fixed for the 1.0 release. There were
a few other issues like this.

This is has been fixed in the 1.0 release. There were a few other
spelling errors.
