GMail is all very clever, but who the mail goes to when you click
"reply" seems to be almost totally random.

It struck me that the very best place to help the user create a bug
was from within BibleDesktop on a "Help->Raise Bug Report" menu item.
That way we could include things like config and log files (having
asked the user) without having to tell the user how to get them.

As an experiment I've copied this mail to jira at crosswire.org and since
I've mentioned the string [JS-22] I *think* it will add mails in as
attachments.
