Initial Comment:
I am running BibleTimesvnr1823 on Windows XP

Open BibleTime.
Maximize the main window.
Toggle full screen mode
Toogle full screen mode again
You should now be in a maximized window state, but the main window is not maximized.

After toggling to fullscreen BibleTime should return you to the previous window state, but it does not.
