[sword-devel] Windows tool builds

Dear all, it's great that SWORD receives a new release. I suggest we use
git (maybe GitHub) and by forking SWORD one can submit patches as pull
requests. I also have some suggestions to improve the code, including the
Hungarian configuration (that works around the "Mózes I" issue) and some
Windows related tweaks.
