Hey everyone - I know it's been several months since I last posted the up
to date Windows tool builds. I've recently updated my homelab hosting
options and the builds will now automatically run updates once a week.

I'm still working upstream with the Nixpkgs toolset to produce native
Windows on Arm builds of the tools, in case that is useful to anyone. The
two versions at the above links should be functionally identical, they
just tie into two different C libraries available on Windows. One uses the
GNU glibc while the other uses the ucrt which is available natively on most
any modern Windows. Both are presented in case there are issues with either
of the libraries.
