[sword-devel] OSMHB module

Thanks David. A few of extra questions:

- It looks from the files under the wlc folder that they are there to stay.
Or do they get ripped out upon module creation? Is there a reason why they
are not using "seg"?
- How does one go about making the new OHB module?
