[sword-devel] OSMHB module

The slashes are morphological divisions.  They come from the Westminster 
Hebrew Institute, through Chris Kimball, at 
http://www.tanach.us/Tanach.xml#Home

The OSMHB is an older module.  Work has continued on the OSHB, our 
updated version, at
https://github.com/openscriptures/morphhb
No one has gotten around to updating the module, though.
