So, it seems one of the main problems with being flagged in BLs is 
because SORBS recorded spam from our IP in 2011 (did we even have this 
IP in 2011?).

Anyway, I've gone through all the rigamarole to delist our IP (which 
included running a VM on our server and launching a browser from within 
that VM to perform the delisting process because the IP of the request 
had to be the same as the IP seeking delisting).

SORBS still shows up in a general BL scan, but I think it needs a little 
time to propagate.
