[server-admins] Forums

Anyone? We've got spam sitting on the forums for nearly a week now. I 
realize no one else cleans it up, but I in fact do and would like to be 
able to login & remove spam.

If we're just going to have week-long forum downtime after the issue has 
been identified, there's literally no point in having forums.
