Forums are preventing login. They do this fairly often, and I'm not sure 
how to fix it or reset them.

I get the message "The referer of request is not in trusted domains. 
Please configure mvncore.xml." when I try to log in.

If anyone knows how to fix it and I have the required permissions, I'd 
appreciate a quick tutorial for when this happens in the future.
