Guys, 

The server is in a mess.

Email is working in bizarre ways - some is clearly getting passed on,
some not. 

Mailman appears to be not working. Or at least not well. I have not seen
any of my subscriptions, despite there being mails on the mailing lists.
Others have said the same.

Jira is still not up

Tomcat fell onto its face earlier last night. It restarted fine, so that
is ok, but it clearly should not have happened.

Anything I can do, I am happy to do.
