[server-admins] problem with SwordMod.Verify?

I just tried to do our first release of a new module since the server 
changes and have come upon a problem with the JSP that builds our zips 
on the server when a user tries to download them. If you click on the 
download link here on this page:
http://crosswire.org/sword/modules/ModInfo.jsp?modName=KorRV

the result is that the JSP tries to build the file and redirects to the 
file location. But the file isn't there.

I would guess that there's a directory permissions problem, but the 
tomcat user has permission to write to ftp/pub/sword/packages/rawzip, so 
I'm not sure.

Anyone have ideas and/or time to look into this?
