[server-admins] Fwd: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Reverse lookups.  (see included email below)

It looks like many servers are refusing our mail because we no longer
have reverse dns lookups.  I've just installed bind on our server, but I
have no idea what next to do with it (and am afraid, from Joe's
comment). What is the next step to resolve this?
