It looks fine to me, I can do

  installmgr -r CO
  installmgr -rl CO
  installmgr -ri CO la_en

and it all just works :)

(I edited ~/.sword/InstallMgr/InstallMgr.conf to add the CO repository:

FTPSource=CO|ftp.computeroptions.net|/pub/sword/raw|||

which works.  Unsure if there is a better way to add repos in installmgr).

Obviously the idea is to point ftp.crosswire.org to this server when
(just before!) the crosswire.org machine goes down.
