Troy,
It looks like you have full admin privileges on your account (but they
might have been changed since you wrote). Administrative stuff has to be
performed from within the admin interface at
http://www.crosswire.org/forums/mvnforumadmin/index
I visit the user management page every few days (excepting the last
month, since I've been on vacation) and delete all non-activated users
older than 1 day with no posts.
