[server-admins] exim smtp spam detection incorrect

When using mail.crosswire.org as an outbound mail server (port 2222, SSL
SMTP using your login/password), exim incorrectly marks messages as
possible spam. I believe this is because they get a score of < 0
because originating from crosswire.org weighs in at -1 for the spam
calculation. Have a look at the complete header for this email and
you'll see what I mean.
I hunted around for quite some time trying to figure out how to fix
this, but all to no avail.
