[server-admins] Server Downtime

June 16 we will have our server migrated to a new facility and will
experience, hopefully less than 2 hours of, downtime.  No, we're not
changing providers, though it was a consideration with the recent IP
filtering issue.  Our provider claims they are 'upgrading' their
facilities.  They probably got a better lease deal on facilities
downtown instead of Scottsdale.  But in any case, they are moving after
15 years in the same facility and we will need to take the downtime hit
on June 16th.

There are a number of inconveniences with our server that I'd also like
to get some input resolving, but I'll forward them in separate emails.
