Those are (minor?) bugs in the Perl script, I think. Might be worth
fixing it up.

I suspect that output may be deliberate, if slightly ugly :) If it is
intended to always restart tomcat, then the "java: no process killed"
line might be of concern, also the "Starting tomcat:" line would
normally be expected to have an OK at the end of it, I think.
