[osis-editors] block quote

I am working on making a set of flat world styles (Word like for the 
Translation Editor) that can easily be moved to the XML world (XSEM/OSIS). 
If you would like to see my help files they are about 2Mb in size that I 
could email you. Right now I am having a problem because I can't find any 
way in OSIS to represent text like 
NIV ACT 15.23-29. In XSEM it is <blockQuote type="letter"> 
CEV REV 2,1-7 is <blockQuote type="letter">
NIV JOB 1.21 is <blockQuote type="speech">
CEV and God's Word EZR 9.6-15 is <blockQuote type="prayer">

UBS has these tagged as \pi and \mi so I still  have an input problem 
coming from UBS so I am hoping that they will allow additional tags for 
the specific reason for the block quote. From a typesetting standpoint I 
would at least like to have <blockQuote> available with the type being 
optional.
