  dict history: fix navigation buttons signal connections (#1288)

- Connect button_dict_back/forward to correct widgets and callbacks
  instead of button10/button11 (alphabetic navigation buttons)
- Add forward declarations for button_dict_back/forward_clicked
- Move main_dict_history_add from main_dictionary_entry_changed
  to main_display_dictionary to cover all navigation paths
- Guard against duplicate history entries
