I guess that if you run:

toolbox enter --container xiphos-win

You'll have the same error.

I suggest you to run:

toolbox reset


But you're running the risk to delete other podman images/container if
you have any.

I use toolbox a lot, for building projects/packages everything that
needs a devel environment, and when done, I just have to delete the
container.

I had numerous issues with f30, but since f31, it's running flawlessly.
