While I agree these would be more in line with the Portuguese standards
for abbreviation — the two initial strong consonants, or the first
syllabe followed by the initial consonant of the second syllabe —, I see
all the other Portuguese modules are Por<XYZ>, perhaps following ISO
codes <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-2_codes> only with
the initial uppercase. So I do not know if it is worthwhile to change
it now.

I would rather keep Latin, thus Portuguese, standard for capitalisation:
only the initial word, plus proper names, should be capitalised in
titles, except for periodicals (which is already an exception too many
for my tastes, but was enshrined in an ill-advised law).

Thanks a lot.

I agree Diego’s suggestion here looks far better than mine. But perhaps
a mention of Wycliffe or Door43 wouldn’t be too much to add? By all
means keep the URI if possible at all.
I guess we dropped the lists by mistake, so I am adding what I figure
would be the relevant ones, based on former messages on the thread.
God bless!
