[sword-devel] Export whole Book of Enoch

Hi

How can I export the whole Book of Enoch?
It should be:  diatheke -b Enoch -f plain -k 1-108
But this doesn't work.

I can only export one chapter at once with:
    diatheke -b Enoch -f plain -k /Enoch/Section I/Chapter I
