[sword-devel] TEI schema flawed?

seems like change of xml header to:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<?xml-model href="
http://www.tei-c.org/release/xml/tei/custom/schema/relaxng/tei_all.rng"
            schematypens="http://relaxng.org/ns/structure/1.0"
type="application/xml"?>
<TEI xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="TEI-test" xml:lang="sk">

and using relaxng validation works (better) for me (:

If I understood correctly

*oVar* is depreciated (at least I can not find it in the latest version
documentation https://tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/DI.html)
