[sword-devel] Transliterated forms?

How does each front-end app render transliterated forms encoded using the xlit attribute of the OSIS w element?

Is this neglected aspect of front-end design considerations partly because so few Bible modules have this feature?

Aside: I’m about to submit a module update that adds this feature.

The .conf file includes

GlobalOptionFilter=OSISXlit

IMHO, merely displaying the xlit data as inline text after each word is less than ideal.
It would be better handled in a similar manner to Strong’s and Morph.

Best regards,

David
