[sword-devel] ModDisp.jsp character encoding

Hello list,

does anybody happen to know who maintains the Crosswire web
site ModDisp/ModInfo.jsp files? It cannot handle UTF-8 and renders all
non-latin-1 encoded module info pretty weird.

It always "disturbed my eyes" ...  happy to fix it, cannot be that
complicated (I must admit I stopped programming in Java a few years ago,
but I think I should be able to manage.)
