Dear Fr. Cyrille,

Unfortunately, your attached locale is not acceptable.  Please ask for
help to learn how SWORD locales work.  Maybe David or Peter might have
time to diff your attached locale to what is already submitted and
explain why this doesn't make sense and offer some advice.  Reading the
CrossWire wiki might also offer some guidance, here:
