[sword-devel] Osis Psalms canonical titles

There may be an underlying issue.

\d \v 1 Psalm title ...
\q verse text ...

is valid USFM and is even advised by UBS for some translations.

After converting to OSIS, this construction becomes problematic for SWORD.
