[sword-devel] Module FreBDM1707

The versification of this new module FreBDM1707 is all to pot.

I just selected Psalm 103 and got Psalm 98.

The OSIS conversion of the source text must have lots of markup errors.

It should be replaced by one made using a better method of text development.

Until then, it should be withdrawn.
We need high quality work by module developers.
