[sword-devel] Master Repositories List updated

The MRL was updated recently to include a repository maintained by Deutsche
Bibelgesellschaft.

This repository containing the Ancient Greek locked module NA28 Novum
Testamentum Graece (Nestle-Aland 28th ed.) was added to the Master
Repository List during October 2017.

Front-end module managers should be refreshed to make this appear in the
repositories list.
