[sword-devel] regenerating an editable Personal commentary

Take a look at sword/utilities/addcomment.cpp. It creates a rawfiles module. BTW, it doesn’t handle av11n.
The RawFiles::createModule(path) does some minor setup and then calls RawVerse::createModule(path).
