[sword-devel] Bibledit as SWORD front-end

Hi guys,

Bibledit is now a very simple front-end to the SWORD modules.

The demo at http://bibledit.org:8080/index/index can display text from any
Bible SWORD module.

See menu Resources / SWORD for the module list.

See menu Resources / View / Organize to get it to display text from a SWORD
module.

When a SWORD module is not installed, and this module is requested to be
viewed, it gets installed on the fly.

Thanks for all your work in collecting and tidying up the data.
