[sword-devel] Canonical Headings in Psalms

The primary USFM translation program, ParaTExt, sorts things by chapter.
Specifically, everything between \c and \c is considered 1 chapter. and the
normal view of the Paratext program is to limit what appears on screen in
this way: Only text that occurs after the \c shows with the rest of that
chapter. Because of this, things like chapter titles (\cl,) sectional cross
references (\r,) psalm title/descriptors (\d,) and section titles (\s),
etc. must be placed below the \c tag even if they will ultimately appear
before the drop cap number on the printed page.

Due to this limitation of paratext, valid USFM as it is being edited and
valid text for presentation are two separate things. Be aware that sorting
occurs on USFM items that occur at the start of each chapter once the work
gets to publishing.
