[sword-devel] Xiphos 4.0.3

For those unaware: Peter von Kaehne bumped sideways into a nasty,
crash-inducing Xiphos limitation related to the maximum count of
language groups that can be handled at one time.  This was caused by a
new repository holding large numbers of new Bible modules, overrunning
this limitation.

Due to the probability that it will be mostly new users who could be
harmed by this flaw, I've built and released Xiphos 4.0.3.  A near-term
future release will re-factor the code in question for better
generality, but this is a release with an immediate survivability fix. 
Unofficial Fedora and official Win32/64 builds are already present. 
Package builders are asked to pick up the .tar.gz and see to producing
their respective official builds.
