[sword-devel] OSIS xlit and OSIS Enum ?

Word enumerations are useful for addressing specific words. I am not sure how exactly it works, but I have seen Troy addressing single words on Swordweb. So the logic for it lies in the engine and likely does not need anything specific to be done for it.
